Haven’t been today …due to illness

Not seen, heard or read anything during the game. Only read on here about the match after. The result (obviously) is devastating, and all the criticisms about the coaches, team, individual players, is hardly surprising and no doubt largely deserved. However, the usual Mary’s’ on here are having a W**k-fest and are like sharks in a feeding-frenzy. I sometimes wonder if some of them would have it any other way.

 

Haven’t been haven’t seen it didn’t know anything about it - but have a sly dig at other supporters.

Anyone who went today, anyone who watched on a dodgy stream even, had every right to say what they like against whoever they like.

It was new depths of woeful. As bad as I can remember in my 31 years of attending Oakwell.

The club has a stench of rot about it as well.

I’m not sure who you refer to but calling them the usual Mary’s is beyond the pale. People deserve to vent and this should be a safe environment to do it.

Sorry to disagree, old mate, but the venting is justified tonight, in my opinion. I'm not one for the OTT criticism normally. However, I can't argue against any of it.

comment when you go then not before

 

I went, I took time off from Christmas preparations for the family to drive through terrible conditions, paid my money and sat freezing to death watching a bunch of clueless overpaid Mary’s led by brainless fool get embarrassed for 90 minutes. I also went to the Bristol Rovers fa cup shambles where if we’d played until today we still wouldn’t have scored in open play. So yeah, “we are absolutely W@nk and the head coach needs to get gone.”

 

I’m not having a dig at ‘other supporters’ per se. I’m simply saying those on here who regularly decry the club, players etc, irrespective of how things may be on pitch (Mary’s) I’m not so sure all of them are supporters anyway. ‘ Beyond the pale’ my arse. You’ve just said people have every right to say what they like about whoever they like if they’ve ‘watched’ the game, yet at least one of the Mary’s I refer to was recently slagging them off during a game whilst they were on a boozing trip in Leeds.

 

I’m not commenting on the match, I’m simply saying the regular decryers are having a fest. Do you refrain from commenting when you haven’t been to the game?

Appreciate everyone gets frustrated but supporters need to stick together.

I agree mate, And again my post wasn’t about entitlement to venting, criticising as such, it was about, those who regularly do, (and there’s not many)

I go so would be tricky. You are the one whingeing about reactions here to one of the worst 3 performances I’ve seen since starting to watching us in the 70s. They should refund every single person who attended.
