Because he misled Parliament by claiming Johnson and Sunak have criminal convictions.

    Well...

No way will he resign. In any case, he's loved by too many on here. He's just an all-round fab guy who never lies, never takes back-handers like the Tories and someone who always tolerates different viewpoints in his own party. Not resigning.

Christ, straws and clutching springs to mind. Will they have one for Bad Enoch to resign as she illegally hacked Harriet Harmons computer, and don’t get me even started on that blonde haired buffoon.

He’s a horrible bloke & the worst Labour leader of my lifetime but I’d still take him over Farage & whatever the Tories offer up. Politics in this country is in some state.

He'd better turn it down or we'll be staring down the barrel of a Musk backed Tory/Reform hybrid in 4 years and that's genuinely terrifying.

Johnson and Sunak received FPN's, which they both accepted and paid. The FPN's were issued for breach of the Covid regulations, which amounts to a criminal offence. A FPN is simply an alternative way of dealing with a minor criminal offence, but does entail an admission that the criminal offence has been committed. It is not a conviction in the sense of being a charge to appear before a court followed by a guilty plea or a finding of guilt. But it is an acknowledgement that a criminal offence has been committed and carries a financial penalty.

As for any "call for Starmer to resign", that is so contemptuous it's not worthy of further debate.

It just wouldn’t be Christmas without right wing populists laughing at something hysterical their overlords had pushed them to laugh at.

    Funny?

About as funny as being kicked in the gonads.

It’s another bandwagon jumper, not even trying to veil his xenophobic agenda.

Criticism of Starmer is justified, being against some of the policy is justified - but that’s just ridiculous.

And any criticism of Starmer and/or the Labour government’s policy should be done in the context of the shitshow that went before and the state of everything now. Immigration is the top of the far right agenda but it’s realistically the tip of the iceberg issue wise considering the state of public services, the economy, education, health, everything.

Videos like that draw in attention and make the right types laugh - the net result can only be a surge back to the right towards Badenoch and the incompetents or even worse, Grifter Nigel and his ever growing, batshit crazy billionaire backed ‘party’ - you should be very very careful what you wish for.
