I think this is where I am at the minute. I get criticism of Starmer, and some of the Labour policies have raised an eyebrow for sure. But compared to the damage inflicted on us over the past 14 years? No chance.
Well I think he said every Tom divk and Harry but if you can't mention people getting handouts and others who have paid to the system getting nothing without been racist then I don't know.
It’s about as funny as people having to watch their loved ones being buried from a distance while the blond buffoon was hosting one of his many p##s ups
You know it was "every Tom Dick and Harry... who blags their way into the country." The fact you're being evasive about it speaks volumes.
Ah but was it about homeless immigrants (in which case fine, they're not really people) or homeless ex-forces (in which case it's a disgrace)?
First of all, I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Now this thread- call for Starmer to resign. After 14 years of working-class values being thrown under a bus by a racist far-right government then there is something missing with people's perspective of what you want this is the legacy they left, just read on. 1. 200 museums closed. 2. 244 courts closed. 3. 793 playgrounds closed. 4. 450 homeless services closed. 5. 1,086 swimming pools closed. 6. 600 police stations closed. 7. 673 youth centers closed. 8. 800 libraries closed. 9. 793 playgrounds closed. 10. 14,016 Surestart centers. closed. 11. 926 football fields closed. 12. 926 school fields closed. Sold off in the name of Austerity, plus 800 bus routes, Brexit. Windrush, Grenfell, infected blood scandal, waspi, post office scandal, bedroom tax, upping the retirement age, the outrageous PPI, and track and trace to the delight of the Tory donors and not forgetting the 22 billion pound black hole and a 2.5 trillion pound debt to the country. Maybe the Torys are now a spent force but waiting in the wings is a party more devious backed by unscrupulous multi-billionaires so I would say be very very careful who you want in power.
It's such a weird little country we live in - when I speak to people who voted for the right, or people who usually do, they tell me constantly the reason why they changed their voted (usually to reform) is because the Tories weren't right/conservative enough. Though they never really go into detail about what they mean, but the amount of times i've heard it, or seen it plenty on social media, is a bit mind boggling to me. Whether they mean socially, fiscally, whatever, I don't know. But I do have a lingering fear for the next election despite it being a long way away. The sheer number of votes Reform got and splitting the vote with the tories, not to mention both South & North America going to the right, Europe going to the right, even in Asia, there's loads of countries going that way, even if the right in said countries didn't win, they had huge movements towards it It does feel like we are treading on egg shells. I really hope Labour succeeds, though I haven't been particularly happy yet, but they do need time to undo 14 years of dog muck. People who want Labour to **** up annoy me, I get they're on the opposite side, but it's still your own country it's affecting. You should want whichever government to do well & be succesful for their people.
Problem is mate. The tories are very successful for their people when in power. The rest of us suffer.
They do. They accepted an alternative to court. Much like taking a speed course for a traffic offence. When I did benefit fraud we issued cautions and part of the criteria for issuing them was an admission of guilt.
Yes I dislike Starmer and don’t recognise them as any form of Labour Party but you can’t sort out 14 years of Tory **** ups and corruption in a couple of months.
Clearly and obvious scumbag racism. Asylum seekers have zero recourse to public funds not only raicst but completely wrong.
