I'm 36, played the game up until my mid-20's, watched it since I was 6. I'm a coach for a junior side and have been for several years. I watch about 10 matches a week on average. I know a fair amount about that game, at varying levels. You come across like a very rude man. You must have missed my post at full time where I congratulated that lads, no? What an absolute stroker.
I know that the 20mph limit has slowed your thinking but I suggest you check the calendar re: Saturday Sunday , Monday , Tuesday , Wednesday , playing today .
Are you absolutely sure about that assessment? I've watched the goal back several times from a variety of angles, and it's absolute perfection. The ball from Phillips was sublime - genuinely world class. The takedown was also a supreme bit of skill whilst running onto the ball, and the finish was composed and controlled.
Here are two young Bolton Vloggers. Interesting how they differ. First one makes it look like Bolton had all the chances, and even at the end he shows the stats and says they don’t mean much. Second one is totally contradictory, especially about the first half.
It’s a weird record we have against Bolton. As you say, no league wins there in a long time, but unbeaten there in 7, including yesterdays win, a win in last seasons playoffs and an FA cup win under Duff. So many draws that both sees the other as a bit of a bogey team.
The way I saw it, it was a very awkward ball to control. I can see where you're coming from, in that probably half the time a player at our level tries to take down that ball, it probably won't quite fall as well as it did. But I think everything DKD did was absolutely intentional.
Need to say sorry to you mate, I replied to you by mistake(wrong person), I hope you accept the apology, got names of posters mixed up, soz
And a 0-0 there in the Lg cup under Schopp, when we went out on pens. They really have become rivals again in recent years, and all the matches against them now do seem to have gained that 'Big match' feeling. So admittedly, these are the sort of teams/games, that we should look forward to playing.
