    What a difference it makes to have a proper centre forward playing centre forward. Why didn't we buy one in summer? You know, in case Watters got injured, like he did.

    Does this commentator get a bonus for mentioning Wrexham are the team everyone wants to beat?
    He reckons everytime we get the ball back we cheer 'cos it's Wrexham

    The only expression this commentator has put in his voice all half is that of surprise at the scoreline. Otherwise it’s like listening to a robot.

    Great first half only complaint is no booking for McClean. Look's like they'll go physical in the second half and introduce Fletcher. Hopefully we can adjust and nullify that threat. The three points are in sniffing distance and maybe we can get McClean sent off for a Brucie bonus.

    The problem with this type of silly commentary is it builds a resentment for Wrexham that isn't really deserved. I don't mind the supporters of a club that have had it so bleak for decades having a bit of fortune, lead by people who seem to care. But this Wrexham fanaticism is hard to stomach.

    Yes, as a Barnsley fan I wouldn't have been at all surprised if it was 2-0 the other way at half time. Barnsley are capable of calamities. But also, we know that the lads can turn it on and they have done. No need for this narrative that it is such a shock in what is everyone's cup final.

    We'll get nothing out of this Ref. He's ignored several fouls / possible yellows. As for the free-range he has given McLean, it's disgusting.
