    In the Summer we were in Seoul, and being July they had some *heavy* rain on the last day. On the way to the airport for the flight home, the taxi driver pointed out one of the bridges over the Han River had two decks. The lower deck had been designed with a really artistic curve on it *that took it under the water level of the river*.

    Turns out the river level had risen 6m...
