Loads of good releases but 3 really stood out for me:

    Bill Ryder-Jones - Iechyd Da
Chemtrails - The Joy of Sects
    Ynys - Dosbarth Nos

Notable mentions for The Lovely Eggs, Silent Forum, Gruff Rhys, Bob Vylan, Mother Mother, Maxïmo Park...

Love the Sean Ono Lennon shout!

Have you listened to GOASTT (Ghost of a Sabre Toothed Tiger)? His project with his French missus. Some great stuff.

Also Exotico, the album he produced for Temples in 2023 is a personal fave.

I'd agree with Robert Jon and the Wreck being quality, but I would say I prefer Myles Kennedy - The Art of Letting Go.

I’ve never heard of most of the acts mentioned on here and I never buy music any more. I do like these two Orla Gartland songs though so thanks for flagging them up. I shall be looking for more of her stuff to download from YouTube. I have a good converter program which turns songs into MP3 files and then I use iTunes to convert them again for loading to my iTunes library and my iPhone music library

+1 For MJ Lenderman ,cracking album and was very good live at Brudenell.

Couldn't get into Waxahatchee album for some reason, but think I need to give it another go.
Seeing MJ Lenderman in Nottingham this year, looking forward to it.

More than a hint of Wet Leg here but I quite enjoyed it nonetheless.
