Throwing coins at the home fans? Them involved will be those who sing about Julie and the IRA. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1WPZags47J/
Must have been a small number of morons right at the back as I was next to the Bristol fans near the back and I never saw that
A fan was arrested for an incident of coin throwing. Allowed home. I don't know if they were charged to appear in court later. Honestly didn't hear the Julie song. ( Not saying it wasn't sung?) Nwakali song went on a while.
It was a bit of a scrum yesterday, with people struggling to find their seats, and stewards keeping an eye on the young uns at the back. Glad we got in early. I didn’t hear the Julie song, but my mate said some one tried getting it started, but no one joined in. Thought it was a poor excuse for a new stand. Poor view because of posts, and nothing in the concourse, toilets in a portacabin. All a bit Spartan.
Sorry mate but the coin throwing incident did happen. Whether you choose to believe it or not. I'm not in the business of being negative just stating a fact.
Yes, I couldn't make out all of it but it ended with "He's from Nigeria". It went on for quite a while. Repeated. He Acknowledged it whilst running up and down the touchline smiling.
How many were involved. Clearly as someone was arrested at least one(hopefully soon to be banned for a long time) idiot threw coins. But as I said I didn’t see anything so was it just on or were there a group of them It’s completely indefensible even just 1 but big difference between 1 and a larger group
No doubting it did but to create a negative thread about our fans like he always does. I looked at the headline, saw the poster and thought - this wouldn't say "brilliant support today, despite getting battered" l knew it would be something negative. One fan arrested and allowed home - so it can't have been that serious. I don't think he likes his own teams supporters
I'm only aware of the one arrest and the reason, He was held for a while after the game. if others were involved I couldn't answer.
