    Heard this morning off a Blades fan at work that Ryan One (HONAY) pronunciation I think, is coming to us on loan.

    That’s two different sources saying the same so might be something in it. Big gamble though as he’s only 18.

    How do you know though?

    He's highly-rated. Quick, physical and made appearances in the division above at 18 (scoring once).

    He might be an Ash Fletcher/Ivan Toney type, who helps us to promotion?

    And as I said last night, his father (Armand) scored loads of goals on my Champ Manager save over 20 years ago.

    It’s like being told you getting a Christmas present and finding out it’s an orange.

    Just looked him up and perhaps a bit harsh on the lad. Point is though we need a proven goal scorer for ten goals between now and the end of the season. Is Cole getting a game?

    I'd rather sign a pair of Hoka One One ( the name One is Hawaiian) running shoes. We need proven goal scorers not players to develop for the De Dars.

    Wouldn't have been one I had high on my list of targets but with that being said he can't be that bad if he's getting regular minutes in the league above for a team fighting for autos.

    Granted they've had injuries and he might not have played without those injuries, but wilder will have had other options and chose to use this lad and keep using him.

    If it is this lad, at least we know he's ready to go right away and not having to wait for him to get to full fitness or for a visa application etc.

    Hopefully he could have the impact of a Ashley Fletcher when he came initially rather than another Tedic.

    Look I've no idea if we will sign this young lad or if we do he will be any good but for goodness sake let's give him a chance. He's local doesn't need time to settle in the area young hungry out to prove a point let's at least wait and see before we write him off.

    Just been talking to my mate a blades fan. He says “One” has the potential to be a very good player, he’s just a little raw at the moment, probably what you would expect for an 18 year old I suppose.
