...decided everyone there is female, stopped recruiting any federal positions and sacked all DEI positions, tried to overwrite the Equal Employment Act and Civil Rights Act through executive order, tried to overturn birthright citizenship (14th amendment) and got a lackey to propose a new Act that would allow him to run again - but not Obama or Clinton.

And you could keep going and going. I decided after a dozen or so examples I'd be typing til next Tuesday if I was going to be exhaustive, so I'd stop there.

A dangerous man because of his narcissism, greed and ignorance. But this time it feels even worse given the people he's giving/given jobs to... Who really seem the worst of the worst in the morality tables.

Purposely went into teen beauty pageant changing rooms

Was found to have raped a woman in court

Stacked a supreme court with judges who are working to remove people’s rights

And just this term has already…

    Pardoned terrorists

Pardoned a man that ran a website where all forms of illegal items, activities and services were sold

    Revoked their employment equality act

Removed the US from the WHO

Stolen billions of dollars in crypto scams

There’s a lot more but i really can’t be bothered. He’s only been in 4 days.

He celebrated his 20th wedding anniversary this week. I bet he was delighted that it's the year of china.

I can see him trying to make presidency a family thing. Maybe get Donald Trump Jnr or Ivanka to run until Barron is old enough to do the same thing.

He's already had the military planes deporting people.

I was a bit took aback when Barron got that standing ovation thing. Sounded almost louder than the cheer Trump himself got. Felt a bit icky, just felt like the kid was being groomed

Just an insight into the general mentality of the Amercan voter and this is a statistical fact, just over half the adults in the United States have the reading capabilities of a fifth grader, that is a 10-11 year old child, this statistic alone is so scary it beggars belief, to trust the population of such a poorly educated country to make decisions that affect the entire world is beyond folly.

He’s definitely not a Nazi though. Definitely not. Just misunderstood. Just giving his heart to the audience. Of course.

I agree with his last comment, hope should be the unifier not guilt.

He does seem to bizarrely keep doing these weird things though. I know he has aspergers or whatever but surely he has advisors. Over the past few years he's not only gone so far over to the right but jumped off a cliff into it.

You can't seriously be implying that the Corbyn administration did anything like what Starmer has overseen.

Do you know (or have you spoken to) any local Labour members or councillors? The MPs on the right of the party generally stepped down quite late, didn't they.

It's politics, fine. But let's not pretend that it shouldn't also be a ******* scandal.

Paris climate deal and issuing licenses for oil exploration - probably the most damaging things he's done. Probably makes 1.5C impossible to avoid and something which affects every living thing on the planet, all the rest mostly just affects Americans.

I don't see what the issue is. Administrations want people they can trust to get government or party business done.

Some of the words I heard from a political journalist friend about Corbyn's regime were far far worse than anything I've seen or rumoured Starmer to do.

But this is why we get so many tory governments. The right just want to win and be in power. The left want to argue about how pure their version of the left is and squabble amongst themselves.

I'm no Starmer fan at all, but undoing the momentum cabal was needed and getting rid of the staunchest of corbynites who would never toe the line was inevitable.

Scandal was surely the last 14 years, the last 8 in particular.

In today’s news, the orange one has decided he quite fancies turning Gaza into prime real estate, and has cancelled Colombia for refusing immigrants.

Your friend is talking absolute *****. As someone who worked for new Labour Blair and still had friends working there until, the last few years. In terms of what Starmer has done to party democracy it is both vile and disgusting and can probably never be undone and that comes from people I’d broadly class as Blairite.

it was clear to anyone with half a brain that a Starmer win based on lies and no polices would create a complete collapse of the Labour vote and embolden the far right. People voted for change they got continuity far right tories. In fact Starmer is to the right of Cameron and Johnson on social matters. So might as well vote for the real thing.

Starmer is politically insecure. Blair kept a broad church. Cook and Short were prominent cabinet members. Prescott was deputy leader. Starmer would expel Prescott. He has no moral compass.

No policies and no idea and PM Farage will be on him and anyone who voted for him.

The far right has been increasingly whipped up by the media and antagonists from other countries for years and will only get worse with social media essentially becoming a fascist clarion call, but yes, let Starmer be blamed for that too.

And I'm pretty happy with what my mate said years back about the Corbyn years and what occurred under the surface.

I'm not a fan of Starmer, I've said this multiple times, but of the options at the election, it was the least worst. Utopian absolutism has forever been the scourge of Labour.

Well i would tend to believe those who actually work for Labour and have for 20+ years but hey that’s me.

choosing the least worst is what got us where we are. But we will see if appointing a proven liar with zero vision of how to improve lives from an electorate that wanted change was a good idea. If Labour are just the Tories but slightly worse of course it’s their fault. The far right will offer hope. It will be lies and false hope but if you offer nothing that will win

I believe someone independent who watched political events unfold at close quarters without bias. But that's just me.

The left will be the ones who would gift a far right government, just like Corbyns lexiteers were what gave us the shitshow that is Brexit.
