Utter garbage today.

 

Sound system knackered in ESL so didn't hear any announcements or songs.

No prices displayed at catering still which is against the law.

Scoreboard not working all day.

 

Had a feeling we wouldn't win today.

 

Another Clarke masterclass against Stevenage. Never beaten them as a manager, clearly no clue how to.

 

Sound was fine in the ESL that I was sat in.

 

But he’s doing a great job according to the other thread!

 

He’s average and that’s how we’re playing.

 

To be fair, if he keeps us in the top 6 he's done a great job.

I just think he's got no idea how to beat/break down certain teams. Namely Stevenage. Wouldn't be surprised if we won our next couple of home games - we just have to hope to God Stevenage are docked points and drop out the league if we don't go up.

 

I think some of the players need to think about trying to get a game by the scruff of the neck instead of poncing about. There's a lack of leadership and drive out there. And I've defended Clarke but that was a really bad watch.

 

Nobody at club gives a toss and it’s rubbing off onto fans,it’s nearly as bad as it was under Collins.

 

It's rarely as bad as people say when we lose and rarely as good when we win.
Having said that, I'm frustrated at the lack of energy, particularly in the first half. Too many players were way below the level of work rate, commitment, tenacity and passion required to win any game. And the level fans have a right to demand. Everything we did in the first half seemed to be in slow motion. I'm disappointed that I couldn't see Clarke demanding more and Luca the same.

 

Some players don't by looks.

 

I think people at the club care. They wouldn't pump millions of their own money in if not. I just think it's a problem of competency not caring or not.

 

He’s got the same issue with Connell & Nwakali that he had with Connell & Craig. You can’t play both of them together. You’ve already got a back 3, you don’t need two sitting midfielders in front of them.

I think most of us would argue Nwakali deserves the spot right now but even if he goes the other way & picks Connell then fair enough but he’s got to be brave & only start one of them.

 

Apart from a handful of performances at home it’s been worse than under Collins

 

Physical, hard working side, who you have to overcome with similar physicality and hard work and/or quality. Unfortunately we had neither.

 

......and don't forget the deflating Mr blobby thing in the half time "entertainment" summed it all up for me (although was mildly amusing).

 

If Max Watters starts again Tuesday I give up

 

Top trolling on the MOTM thing though. Brightened up an otherwise miserable game. Best laugh of the afternoon.
