    His first goal was apparently a great shot from the edge of the box. Well done to the lad! He's never really had a chance with us. As others have said, I can't pass any kind of opinion on him, as I've hardly seen him.

    Never given a chance here. 1 goal in 4 games then discarded. Yet we resigned Watters after a terrible loan spell. Persevered with Cosgrove despite being dogsh|t. I'm surprised we didn't give him a chance when back from loan.

    We did same with Shaw and we would have done the exact same with Kone had we signed him from non league.

    It wasn't a terrible loan spell. He was just ok, and a lot of people at the time thought it was worth the punt given his goal scoring record at previous clubs in league one and below. Not to mention Cardiff paying a million

    Only on this board can we have threads where everyone says glad he’s not good enough when he was recalled, glad he was going when moved out to Morecombe to this thread suggesting he should have been given more chances.

    Not everyone, because I certainly didn’t say he wasn’t good enough.

    I’ve no idea if he is or not. But I know Cosgrove and Humphrys aren’t.
