He played in Europa league for Spurs the other day. So he's played for two teams so doesn't that mean he's not eligible for another loan? Or do European games not count towards that rule?

He has to stay at Spurs if that's the case. But Tottenham manager did say a few days ago he was available for loan, that was before Tel from Bayern turned them down.
