Was reported when they all took over that the combined wealth was in the region of 15 billion as we were widely reported to have one of the richest ownerships in the EFL and Chien at least had a few quid as he owned loads of teams
They still have a stake, however much it's been reduced, and given the billionaire myth took root when they were running the club, I'd say it is relevant to include them.
The full current holdings are (with credit to Exile):- A Shares Abhajay Trade and Commerce (Neerav Parekh) 183,433,824 shares which is 61.14% of the company (77.69% of the A shares) Jamakepe Investments (Julie Anne Quay) 33,000,000 shares which is 11.00% of the company (13.98% of the A shares) Chien Lee 13,800,000 shares which is now just 4.60% of the company (5.84% of the A shares) Pacific Media Group 5,871,300 shares which is now just 1.96% of the company (2.49% of the A shares) B Shares Oakwell Holdings Limited (Crynes) 63,894,876 shares which is 21.30% of the company (100% of the B shares)
Aye, so about 6% between them. Given it gets diluted further each time there is a round of investment, they're no longer on the board and seemingly have no visible input in the direction of the club, I don't think it's unfair to ignore their presence.
We'll agree to disagree on this. Back in the day, the billionaire rumour was centred first on Lee, owning all of 7 Days Inn, which wasn't the case at its biggest IPO and subsequently Parekhs dad being a different person. Both of those points are completely relevant when disputing that BFC, since it was acquired from the Crynes, does not have a billionaire owner.
It's just a hobby to them and nothing more. For them it's like playing FIFA.We are in a right predicament aren't we,the owners won't spend any credible cash to make us a force in this league and don't expect the council to spend any money on the ground. This is all set up for us to slowly decline to league two where they're spread sheets may be a little more effective.Four thousand crowds incoming. People have finally seen through them and their hollow promises. We know that they will sign a right back at 11pm and say tomorrow morning we worked very hard to sign two strikers but couldn't get the deals over the line blah blah blah.
Yup - Wycombe a hell of a lot nearer to Portsmouth than Barnsley. It also shows that we’re doing business professionally. Approach the club and then if permitted, talk to the player.
He was a right handful at Oakwell https://www.thewrexhaminsider.com/n...wrexham-very-clear-with-honest-reality-claim/
be an odd move though really plays for a decent team in the division and ultimately deemed not good enough - so arguably in a worse team he’s likely to be even more ineffective I would imagine.
Jack Payne latest rumour on X At Colchester, attacking midfielder, 30 years old. Can’t see it unless Phillips is being sold, he’s a cheap replacement
