    Great if he is there for potential while we sign a striker that can hit the ground running. Not so great if we are solely relying on him. Context reallly matters I would say.

    I hope he turns out to be decent but I never like signing a player who isn't young (24) and hasn't played many games (53).

    Of the 17 played in the league, he's only started 6 of those games and had a contribution in 13% of their goals.
    He's also played 3 Cup games and scored 1.
    Bastia are mid table in Ligue 2,
    Goals and assist ratio are approximately 37%. With the amount of chances we create, hopefully 1 in 3 isn't a bad return

    problem being it will take him 3 months to get used to football here. Well if that’s it the best striker we could find since Cole left on 30th June last year what’s the point in either the DOF or our recruitment team tbh:

    We’ve signed a few players over the years who have come from questionable leagues/clubs.

    Some have worked, some haven’t.

    Clearly he must show something, it’s whether he can make it count here.

    It seems like an easy and no risk transfer, let’s back the lad and see how it goes…..
