    Why are we giving away the Chagos Island and renting it back?

    Surely that money could be spent elsewhere if we simply kept the Island?

    We literally have no right to keep them mate, Starmer for all his faults respects the rule of law and particularly International law. We don't have any choice and the deal was negotiated by the last government so the Tories have no justification for criticising it.

    Trump will probably invade it shortly anyway, so problem solved :eek::eek:
