You don’t have to be in a good mood to get behind your team, do you? Can’t you shout, clap and cheer if you’re feeling a bit miserable? I can understand having a pop at the recruitment team/the board, even the manager if he subs off your best player when you’re a goal behind or something equally ridiculous. But players aren’t going to get better while they’re being watched by a negative or apathetic audience.
If they play crap and lose then by all means show your displeasure at the end or come on here and vent about it, but most ex-pros say that the fans getting behind them will give them a lift and that’s why most clubs have better home form.

I didn't say that he doesn't give 100%. I said he's never been consistently good. Tries hard but extremely weak, just like Earl.
