My unpopular opinions

Sheron was underrated. Chipped in alot of goals with dyer.


Clint marcelle was a bit dogger. Didn't screw many goals. Also went on loan to scunthorpe the season after we were promoted!

Carl Tiler was pretty good

Redfearn was better than Glavin

Bobby Hassell - completely overrated. The 'Sir Bobby ' accolades he often gets are cringeingly cringeworthy. He was 'ok' that's all.
Barry Murphy. Again, totally overrated. Just because you play for Barnsley a lot does not mean you're good.
Shipperley - poor man's Trevor Aylett.
And as for folks effectively slagging Glavin off I know a good therapist. Similarly, the criticism of Dave Watson is unbelievable imo. Best all-round keeper we've ever had. Shot-stopping, positioning and reactions were excellent. He should have played for England.
