I'll start Ebay. I don't want a fix, I want a rant. I don't want to use your effing postage systems, I want to walk to a post office, buy a stamp and TELL YOU the effing tracking number. You've forced me into using your tracking number now, I have one, I simply want to tell you what it is but you won't effing let me. Because I have my own, you're going to (potentially) keep the sales money, plus potentially charge me for postage too. Grinds me gears, [this goes for many companies and is a big problem with the internet] Why in the love of god, have a "support" link that links to the page that you are on, or other random support pages irrelevant to your topic. Why pop up with a BOT which when you enter the clearest of instructions "change tracking reference" advised of all sorts of other crap. Even worse when they suggest they call you "in 10 minutes" but the option is greyed out, probably down to timezone. Why do web designers tidy up their web pages and have a clean around but the support pages aren't updated so you can't find what you need, or even if it's still possible. Version 1.565 of some software is totally different to Version 1.567 so why not make it clear what version you have and what version the support is for, and that Apple instructions are different to Windows and Android. Also, if your primary customer base is in the UK (AS IS THE CASE WITH A CO.UK SITE) all support teams should me onshore and all taxes paid to the UK treasury or they shouldn't be allowed to trade in this country. Rant over.
Meta, X, Amazon, Cadbury, Tesco, Mercedes, BT, Virgin, Barclays, BrewDog, Dyson, Pimlico Plumbers... Actually, I'll stop there, I've not got 82 hours to list them all
Meta, X and Amazon, and to a certain extent Tesco (though add Asda to that list after recent experiences) but why Cadbury?
None, I've been in a position previously where you get pulled in to say that's that and wonder what's next for you and your family. I don't "wish" anyone to lose their job, just don't use those companies you have a dislike to
Meta X Any other social media company. I wish social media could be uninvented. Toyota, because of their anti EV lobbying antics.
I only put two reasons why I’d like that corporation shut down. Why do you think my reply should be on a different thread? Only curious.
Bought by Kraft, dodged tax ever since, wound up Bourneville production, changed the recipes while integrating naff synthetic non chocolate products from US lines and moved jobs to Poland at Mondelez. Thats my starter for ten.
Whenever the BBC is mentioned, it tends to be a subject of it's own and can go on for pages and pages, that's all
If you had to push me just a couple I'd go: 1) Nestle 2) News International 3) All the private medical companies in the U.S Edit one more: 4) Ticketmaster
I’m not for one second saying what Mondelez has done to Cadbury is positive, but even without the buyout from Kraft (now Mondelez), I’m pretty sure Cadbury would’ve closed some production sites and changed recipes. All the other major confectioners have increased their use of CBE in the time since Mondelez bought Cadbury which has clearly impacted the taste of products, despite them telling us it doesn’t. Ultimately it’s a business, and profit is king.
Dyson, Ineos, any other company run by hypocritical w**kers spouting about Brexit whilst moving offshore
