I can’t blame Bakole for taking it as I’m sure it was life changing money but it’s a shame we didn’t get a decent version of him

 

Bakole has made a mockery of his own ability there. Top quality fighter, arguably world class, and then puts a show on like that due to tiredness and lack of preparation due to money. Haven’t seen a fat mess like it.

 

You missed Ruiz putting AJ on his arse then?

 

Very fair point but despite his performance against Joshua, he was never a world class fighter with as much respect to be lost. Bakole is unreal regularly on his day but money and his management have let him down tonight, shame really. I would have fought for a tenth of the price and lasted just as long.

 

I agree with you, but wouldn't be surprised to see a draw.

Superb by Bivol. Two outstanding fighters and the expectation of Beterbiev is fair but that was top drawer. I was dropping off to sleep when it looked like it might have been going one way but fair play. Got a trilogy written all over it.

 

Another outstanding 12 rounds. I felt it was close, again, but had Bivol by a couple.
