    We don't exactly play hoofball, but not many of our passes are to foot. A lot of passes have to be taken on chest or thigh, or even worse a looping bounce in front of the recipient.

    If we didn't have our back 4, we would have conceded far less. Panic stations and poor decisions especially MDG and Farrugia. That lack of confidence in your back line holds the team back.

    Cos that’s where the offence was, I.e. where he touched the ball. He was offside because he was in the opposition half when the ball was played forward, fulfilling the requirements for it being offside, but the free kick is taken from where the player touches the ball, even if he runs back into his own half to get it.
