Beau started with a 96 average and a 6-1 thrashing. I hope she gets some favourable draws and gets deep in to the tournament.

 

Won 2nd round match 6-1 also.
To play Mickey Mansell in round 3, a much tougher prospect.

 

Wasn't aware of that, that's good stuff. She's top of three tables at the moment with Development Tour, Women's Series and Challenge Tour.

I will make sure I watch that match whenever it gets scheduled.

 

She was very close to drawing Barneveld

 

I think she is due to play Mansell in about half an hour on ITV4 if they choose to show it

Remember her from primary school. She’s a few years older than my oldest, went to the same school (Richmond Hill in Sprotbrough), they did a bit of a report on her whilst she was still in primary school about beating county men’s players.

If she knuckles down to full time practice properly, there’s no reason she can’t be consistently top ten in the pdc men’s game. She should attract good sponsorship too with better exposure. She’s too good for the women’s game now; it’s holding her back from hitting her potential.

See her pretty often with her sister in Morrisons. Unassuming kid, but you can tell she’s noticing being recognised more recently.

She should be introduced to Littler now that he’s single… imagine the thoroughbred dart thrower they’d produce

I’m not convinced she’s that way inclined but I’m sure their paths are going to cross quite a lot in the coming years.

She’s about a foot taller than him as well.

 

She saw him off comfortably too.

She’s drawn Humphries

 

Very impressive by Beau to win 6-2 and with another high 90s average. She's won all three games without breaking sweat.

Hope she's able to give Humphries a close game.

Possibly a bit unfortunate but hopefully she’ll relish it.

He’ll have to turn up, his ‘b’ game averaging under a ton won’t cut it against her in this form.

 

Beau is a hell of a talent. Many years ago they used to say Anastasia Dobromyslova would be the one to take on the men. It never really happened. Fallon Sherrock has had her moments here and there but Beau is going to be the one. The fact she’s a Yorkshire lass is a bonus.

 

And she’s barely 21 !!

Is she really that good? Some big hitters not in the top 10.
Wright, Anderson, Wade,Smith etc.

 

Match 3 of 4 on the main board. It's best of 19 legs now, so it might be around 9 o clock when she's on.

 

Defeated 10-7 but gave the best player in the world a good run for his money.
