Not sure about a club flag without a club crest. I can't think of any other club where fans have a local film on a Football club flag, but not the crest.
The film is tied to Barnsley as a town though. It’s iconic and we’re rightly proud of it. I think the flag is great.
To be honest it doesn't matter what they have on the flag, they'll struggle to get it across banks of empty seats. I'd put it away until we play Weds at home again
Agreed. I think it’s a great idea. One of my favourite memories at the club was getting Dai Bradley to climb the ponty end goalposts a couple of years ago to reenact that famous scene. It’s as Barnsley as it gets.
I wonder if they ordered a flag for on the top of the west and while they were at it because the club clearly can't be ****** with stopping things looking like a shithole
It took some getting over the empty areas but it did it. Country road works, goal music still good - **** knows what that song was at the end.
I assume they weren't allowed to use the iconic image of him flicking the twos that would've been great.
