I totally agree. He’s not pulled up many trees but the odds are stacked against him. He has also been put in a very difficult position to succeed from. He was thrown into a team with no other strikers out of desperation, lacking in confidence, didn’t know his teammates or playing style, and in a new country with a considerably language barrier. That’s not exactly giving success a fair chance.
People have been very wrong about players after a few games before, people will be wrong now and in the future.
Interesting didn't do my research it was just a guess. My main point is the lad needs to be given time not his fault we've struggled to sign strikers.
If he was a desperation signing to add a body and nothing more, you'd hope they don't take the option to extend his stay. We can't afford to have bodies for the sake of it. And doing so just blocks off our academy players.
