All the financing has been done via equity, so there's no meaningful debt to clear.

 

I wonder if they're actively trying to off-load the club, administration would be a last resort. They're not very good at running the club and they're supposedly losing £8m per season. How? Where? Unless some of these ***** players are on ridiculous contracts.
They've made a mess of things and IMO it will take until summer 2026 when another 5/6 are out of contract (in addition to those players out of contract this summer) to try and get us going in the right direction.

 

Sounds BS to me, effectively there is no debt, the money thats gone into the club hasn't gone in as Loans but increased share equity, unless we close the academy, sack staff and operate on a 2m wage bill the costs will effectively be the same.
They've also just made another cash injection, they'd just announce the club was for sale to recoup some of their money.

What debt?

All the money they’ve put in was raised as equity through share creation.

I know we run at a big loss - but is there actually any debt? I think we are owed as much as (or probably more than) we owe.

Who looked at the last accounts?

 

I don't know Biddy, so I have no idea whether he is right or wrong.

But if I had a bombshell like that, I'd start a thread entitled Admin, not one that sez Phillips has fallen out with 't gaffer.

You have to have liabilities greater than assets to go into administration and although we don't own the ground we also don't owe a lot of money if any, unless the board have secretly got some foolish financial company to lend them a boat load of Money so they can get their money back before pissing off it sound like a load of bull to me although I thought that the last time so I could be wrong
