    Is it just me or does the raised arm look out of proportion? Looks way too long

    It’s because of the perspective looking down on it - if you look, from fingertip to shoulder blade takes about three windows of the tower block - his leg from toe to hip is about four so that would be about right - it will be in proportion looking at it square on
