Would cost a fortune to sack the coaching staff. We’ve more coaches than Wallace Arnold.

We dont have many coaches at all by modern standards. Completely normal to have even more these days. Issue remains though, it would cost a bomb to get rid off all.

Agreed it will but it will cost more to keep them imo.

I doubt many clubs in L1 have as many as us. As for what they offer as an improvement, that’s easy……nothing.

Unlikely he will last the season. Anything outside top 6 will cost you your job at this Club. We all know that. However Sormaz should be the first to go. He’s been an utter disaster.

You’ve got some supporters blaming the board and only the board ‘Clarke should leave for his own sanity’ is one comment I saw.

You’ve got some supporters blaming Clarke and his coaches.

You’ve got some supporters who can see both sides have absolutely contributed to this mess, the recruitment has been dire, the academy is nigh on useless for the perceived cost, facilities and pitch etc are becoming second rate. It’s a mess.

    But let me say this, indulge me if you will. Regardless of the players available and if they are remotely competent at actually playing football we have;

    No style
    No pattern of play
Concede THE SAME goals every week
    Look unfit
    Don’t run
    Don’t look interested

You don’t need good players to put a shift in. You motivate them. They buy into you, or the club, or the town. It’s utterly disgusting how this manager can’t even make players look interested enough to do the only pre requisite that a footballer has and that’s to run about a bit. And that to me is unforgivable.

Short term aka today get him out of this club
Longer term replace the Charlatan DoF
Then the board need to shape up or disappear.

    It’s terrible.

That’s a pretty reasonable post but you really are letting the players off the hook too easily. I thought they were professionals. Shouldn’t that mean something to them?

Yeah mathematically, the Play offs are still possible.
But there's a big difference between that, and realistically.
I think it was over during the week, despite the fact that three straight wins had put us back in with a chance.
The performance then away at a Play off rival team (Charlton) was just garbage. And that's before we even think about today's game!.
I and some other fans, have done our best to try and defend Clarke.
But now I don't think I can be bothered doing that anymore. And its obviously heading towards his sacking, maybe sooner rather than later.

I feel really disappointed with the Hourihane scenario. I wouldn’t be bothered if he was part of a clear out and Roberts offered a coaching role.
