    When he says "I will have the boys working hard next week" I have no clue what they are doing because nothing appears to change and there appears to be no plan or teamwork when they get out on the pitch.

    Start n tell Barratt you ho towards a player not back off back off then let them have free shot it's not rocket science also try keeping 2 men on half way line when opposing team have a corner
