Yep so this season in the league I’ve seen us win twice out of 8 games I’ve been to. (I don’t make most midweek games) and those 2 wins came three months apart. What a truly horrific record that is.

And yet we have the third best away record in the league, and have actually won more away games than any other team.
That's the puzzler for me, the team have shown they can win, just not at Oakwell.
Is it the ground, the fans, the fear factor of losing, the tactics, the playing style ?
    A mystery!

Well if there is a ‘fear factor’ of playing at home, I don’t understand why. The home fans ( although quiet at times) have shown little if no hostility towards the players. Yes there is the usual dissatisfaction etc, when we’ve lost but nothing more than you’d see at most grounds. Our performances overall are puzzling to say the least, because when we’ve played we’ve looked really good and looked likely promotion contenders, but when we’re bad ( like yesterday) we look the total opposite. You can discuss/ debate what the reason/s are for this but it amounts to basically us not being good enough. Going to be both an interesting and boring end to the season. Oh, what we would have given when in the Championship to have a ‘boring’ end to the season eh?
