I liken it to a parish council. And the "good practice" guidance for parish councils is to publish draft minutes as early as possible which are then changed to confirmed minutes after the next meeting where they have been signed off.

And by that do you mean that the said minutes were available for the public to see before they had been signed off?

I assume thats because it is a public body.
Normally draft minutes are only issued to attendees.

Zero credibility, it may sound harsh but it's a total waste of time at the moment.

    What happened in my world.

Minutes are signed off at the next meeting as are any issues dealt with.

    Other items then carried forward.
But they should be dealt with in a given time frame. (Stalling tactics are annoying. Every excuse under the sun.)

When private and confidential crops up. Both parties have to abide by those rules. Until agreement reached. Some
folk can't hold their own water on both sides. And release details. Sometimes tactical from either side. Which then leads to mistrust and problems.

The FAB group and the club should use the same principles. But beware of Bu11shit.

Khaled was terrible in putting out snippets instead of keeping things to himself. Until things were in action.
