Silly post. Where are Hayton, Watters, Lofthouse, Dallas? If your going to dream, remember to include all the players!

I'd keep watters. Not the best finsher but runs, works hard and has pace

I wouldn’t lose sleep over any of them leaving and think we need to start from scratch.

if be inclined to keep Jalo, Philips and possibly Marc Roberts & Connell. But that’s it.

Roberts will stay will be his last season next season I'd have thought. He's 35 in a few months. Phillips and dkd we will get a decent fee for. Connell not so much. I'd keep Russell aswell but like you say I wouldn't lose sleep over many of these going.

I think we probably ought to keep Watters, all joking aside about XG. Humprhys and Cosgrove are far worse than he is, and I rate him as a worker/nuisance etc. Obviously, that's a low bar, but let's face it, we aren't signing 3 strikers are we?

Surely we've got some free agents lined up? I'm afraid we do need a new squad though, and it may take a full season for them to get going for a promotion push after. Hopefully we get a Stendel type and not a Jose Malaise

I'm not convinced that Gent is strong enough. I've seen him outmuscled a number of times.

What would you consider to be a good offer for DKD?

    6 million!
While I am being a tad flippant DKD is the type of player who needs keeping if the club are intent on building a good squad. If you have 8 or 9 players who are good you can realistically sell 1 or 2 and still have the basis of a good team. If you only have 1 or 2 good players selling one of them means the entire structure is significantly weakened. In my opinion. They should release as many as they can who are bloating the squad and draining money and sell the ones they think DONT weaken the team (if they can sell that is).
If they sell DKD they will do so knowing they are weakening a L1 team. Then they will be relying on the undoubted skills of Sormaz to plug the gap. Dont sell him unless the fee is really big!

If the rate of decline expected by many happens then I'll say the new squad will look like
5 cashiers and 20 self service machines 1 security guard and 1 self service checker
thats not counting, management, office or warehouse staff, delivery drivers and pickers
Saying that we might go full out and change it completely and see lots of neighbours leaning on their garden fences reminiscing and speculating whereabouts the boardroom was in relation to their onsuite bathroom toilet

Really not sure to be honest. It would help if he had a good end to the season as he’s dropped off a bit last few games. Got to be at least £2m I’d say.
