After my recent escapades with the RAC who took 23.5hrs (yep nearly a day) to recover my car I'd get it checked before heading anywhere. Ironically mine turned out to be a failed alternator belt pulley thing which went after less than 16k miles. Warranty fix but ball ache to get the car there.
When you get home, find a time where you can tootle around with everything turned on and to the max, to see if the battery and alternator have a dicky fit at what they are being asked to do. Oh and buy a multimeter like JamDrop sez, only a tenner or so.
Yes mate, absolutely no problems! Will try to get the battery changed this week though as off on holiday for a fortnight next week so don't fancy returning to the airport at midnight and having to get a jump-start!
I got myself one of these. Starts my Transit no bother and doubles as a handy emergency device charger / light, as well as just giving me peace of mind. Holds its charge for yonks. Smaller options are also available. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0CFQ254VW
