That’s how many games we’ve been on Sky this season with Reading set to be the 30th.

Ridiculous, no wonder crowds are down. Didn’t think Reading would be on as it’s 3pm on a Saturday?

Irony is I can't remember last game I watched on tv because we're that bad I'd rather watch the horse racing when I haven't got George. Watch us mostly Tuesday nights if I aren't at the game.

Personally find TV is no substitute for being at the game despite how poor we’ve been. But I can imagine for many who are fed up of the doom at Oakwell it’s another reason to consider not renewing season tickets and just picking their games. Can’t see it changing though, clubs need the additional revenue to try and keep up with the spiralling cost of player wages/agent fees.

The additional revenue is minimal in Leagues 1 and 2. Clubs (particularly BFC) will be losing more in gate money than they will be getting from Sky.

Maybe so, I imagine we’ll be more vulnerable to loosing fans with the home form than other clubs too. Be interesting to see how it’s impacting other clubs, as I imagine it’ll be a joint decision across the EFL if they’re to change it.

Bit of a slack approach if football is loosing fans.

Interesting. Paramount+ shows the EFL games over here. They show several selections for each weekday and weekend schedule.

Barnsley have only been selected 5 times this season, plus 1 League Cup game.
