Two years ago tonight.....

We'd just seen off Bolton to reach Wembley. Another of the cracking nights at Oakwell we enjoyed that season. It's hard right now to equate nights and an atmosphere like that to the omnishambles we've endured this season just gone

 

It wasnt just this last season though, it was also the season prior which was a complete borefest from start to finish.

 

Out of the last 4x seasons they got only one right.

The appointment of Schopp followed by Asbaghi plus the two Belgians sent us spiralling.

Neill Collins should have seen us into the playoffs. They could have got rid of him afterwards.

Last season we got the recruitment wrong. Really really wrong.

Only the Duff season I can be happy with but let’s forget about the ending.

 

That was a very enjoyable Friday night in town afterwards. Oakwell & town were buzzing

 

Shame that PO campaign was ruined by corruption

 

They didn't have control for Schopp + Ashbagi, unfair to use it against them. First season they got it perfect almost, bad refereeing calls away from promotion, last season was a bit of a mess, but ultimately still play offs. This season we've crumbled, and if they dont fix it, I think there's going to be a big protest, whether thats financially with people staying away or people actualyl out protesting

 

I never said the current board did mate.
