    Congrats to the Mackems. My dad started life in Ryhope before moving to Thurnscoe in 1936 whereupon he became a Barnsley supporter. His second team was always Sunderland though. I remember him going nuts when they beat Dirty Leeds in the cup final.

    I'd be gutted if I were them. They had a second goal disallowed by some poxy VAR 5hite ruling. I think if that had stood, they would have gone on to muller the Mackems.

    I read all the local forums, and the forums of who we are playing before and after games, gets a good perspective of the games. I popped onto Owlstalk purely in anticipation of an attendance thread because the Blades didn't sell out - l wasn't disappointed

    Shocking day of results. Celtic lose and Reform’s representatives in football make it to the Premier League. On the other had I did get one of Karl Burke’s at 14/1.
