And it keeps on showing just what we missed out on, if we hadn't totally thrown away our own season. Charlton did what they had to today, without actually impressing. L.Orient should be proud of their season, but they might be hit hard now with player and maybe even manager/coach departures.
Yes, but they adopted the wildly unproven and controversial tactic of replacing him, which we wisely steered clear of.
The novelty for playing at Wembley is wearing off now and it’s a nightmare to get there and back. Some finals should be played in the midlands or up north for a change
The novelty has definitely worn off for me. Nightmare place to get in and particularly out of. The manner of that defeat 2 years ago today and who it was against hasn’t helped. If we get there again I’d probably still go but I certainly wouldn’t relish it. Other stadiums should definitely be considered instead but it won’t happen.
I like Wembley and I've been everytime we.have played I enjoy London for a day out although very expensive. I would prefer the play off finals to be moved to different grounds for example old Trafford or Evertons new ground. It won't happen though. Sheffield united didnt sell out, when we played there v Millwall, Millwall were creaming over taking 35k Charlton took 40k yesterday orient 32k and Wimbledon 30k but like said its only a few stops on the tube they would be home in 20 minutes half hour.
