Going off the website for season ticket purchases and counting the dots (not manually, i should say), there’s 22,696 total seats.

5,961 are currently available to buy.

The away stand has a capacity of 6,257 which will never be available and the west stand has 4,752 so cutting that in half I’ll count 2,350 being in the north end and also unavailable.

That gives us a grand total of 14,089 total seats available with 5,961 left, meaning there’s 8,128 tickets in available stands that are not available to buy right now.

Some of that will be in areas that will never get sold, like the northernmost block of the east stand lower, but the majority will be because they were available and have now sold so i’d be surprised if we’ve sold below 7,500 given these numbers.

Given the amount of people who have said they're not renewing, that's not a bad figure. Add to that the few who might still buy a season ticket, casual fans and away fans, and the average is looking at probably 9,000.

Have ST seats which have not been renewed been released back to availability yet?

If not you unfortunately can't infer anything from the count you've done.

If they'd have sold 7500 season tickets they'd be singing it from the top of the east stand.

I don’t know for sure but i think they must have - as Archey said it was mentioned that yesterday was the release date. Think it would be far fewer available if they hadn’t, too

That’s a lot better than has been suggested then. I’ve not looked at the ticket map to be honest. I realise many are not renewing but I’d say out of probably 30 people I’ve spoken to I know of only 3 who aren’t.
Maybe I just know a lot of die hard fans who’ll never stop going whatever happens ;)

There’s absolutely loads of areas they won’t sell, front 2 rows in Ponty for a start when we’ve been close to a sell out, loads in usable blocks in the West, far end of East stand, big area at front middle upper for corporate. I’d say it’s 4000 very tops been sold

Always the same, every single season. Then they sell roughly the same amount as the season before...

Can’t see more than 50% not renewing though? It was 8600 last season. I know a lot of folk are miffed but can’t see that many packing in.
Looking at the ticket map pics I’d put it more at 5500 or so. I was expecting around 6000 so don’t think it’ll end up far off.

No I can’t it’s definitely a big drop that was obviously gonna happen, it’s pretty bonkers not extending the early bird. wonder if they’ll announce the total ?
I was still hoping something would happen that would change my mind but now it’s full price that’s me out, maybe go to odd game I’ve got one voucher, think there’s 5 grounds I’ve not been to so hopefully they drop favourable, definitely want to go to Wimbledon but if the ship sails I’m considering getting a ST at Belle Vue,Super League games are Thurs/Fri/Sat & Sun and the season is different but train to Wakey easy and there’s a good/drink area next to the Hepworth museum.
I could easily get from my door to the ground in about 40 mins via train and 20 by car

The early bird is done and rightly so.They can’t be pandering to those who have no intention of renewing. No matter how few we get through the turnstiles we will manage,we always do.

Next season will be my fourth since I gave up my season ticket. For context I had one every year from the Premier league season before that (so when I was 13)

I miss going to games with the group that I used to go with. Many have drifted away now.
    I don't miss the football.

I know you’re absolutely desperate for the club to fail and nobody to renew, but there’s no way your numbers add up.

For that to be the case those few areas you mentioned would have to add up to about 4,000 seats. That’s on top of the north end of the west stand.

    There’s no way it’s below 7,000 sold.

They need to make matchday prices sensible and offer half season tickets at a good rate, particularly if we’re doing well.
Rugby has never been for me, watching or playing (never had the build lol). Nearest station to Belle Vue though is Agbrigg isn’t it? I drive past 3 days a week to work and I think that station is on the Donny line. Assume you’d need to change at Kirkgate then?

Updated more accurate count for you.

Taking away the areas you mentioned and doing the count again, we have 13,084 available seats with 5,898 blue dots. Leaving a total of 7,186 sold. That's likely to be an under-estimate as I took away a few areas that I was 50/50 on and also doesn't include the corner stand or the legends suite etc.

I strongly believe that a lot of rentagobs on here didn't have a ST to renew...
