Sheffield Wednesday are approaching a dangerous date in their unpaid wage saga, with some players about to reach two months without payment.
At the time of writing a number of senior Owls are still owed money for the month of May, with only a handful of them believed to have been paid up... The names of those paid/unpaid are not known at this point in time, however those contracted for next season who have not, will soon be in a position to inform the club that they wish for their deals to be terminated.

Have started my claim with a chargeback around a month ago saying I'd been mislead by the club back in January, it's being disputed and could take up to 120 days.
In the meantime I've been credited the full amount whilst they await an outcome.

Absolutely not. Having lived in Hoyland Common and now living in Hoyland, I’ve seen far too many blue and white stripes and heard way too much delusion in my time.

I don’t think I’d like to see them go bust just yet though as that would be too quick and they’d probably start up again from the bottom and start winning. I’d prefer them to suffer back to back to back (and so on) relegations for a number of years.
