    A little disappointed.

Was hoping to see Conor running on water after reading that title.

That looks a piece of piss compared to what the lads use to do in days of yore.. From ground darn Pontefract Rd up to Cundy Cross roundabart on Rotherham road then back darn Burton Rd and up Harboro Hills and Queens Rd finishing at bottom of away car park.

Thats the same run Barnsley used to do under Danny Wilson prior to the Premiership promotion season.
I wonder if the person with the rod was Biddy doing some early morning fishing.?

That music sounds like something from a 1970s show involving some kind of pursuit

I think the Benny Hill music and chasing scantily dressed nurses would make them run faster.

More running in that clip than all last season!!! Hard work always pays off…….shame we couldn’t do 90 mins last season instead of the standard 45

All that stopping won't do any good. How far is a lap?

Don’t think were going to have the best squad in the league but being able to graft and last 90+ minutes should be a given so that looks like something we will be improving on .

Maybe we worried about losing a few on that route. They may have just kept running away. We've previously lost someone at Locke Park.

Surprised to see that not everyone had their monitors on, as I think that would be useful data.
