    Putting it through Google translate it seems to imply Liam said ChingChong first,

    and then there was a reply in Chinese translated as.....
    "According to his own explanation, the use of this word is intended to insult Asians, which is most likely related to his home team Manchester City losing to the Asian team Riyadh Crescent this morning."

    No idea what the ChingChong means, other than it is part of the phrase Ching Chong Chinaman, which was common back in the day 80's/90's.
