    He's 37 and scored 17 goals at League Two level last season.

    Don't know if there is any truth in it but I'm sure Conor knows him well from the Irish squad and he'll bring energy and experience. I'd be okay with this if we bring in a younger striker as well.

    And for context, we still have a cohort of fans wanting us resign a 34 year old who scored 9 goals in the league below :rolleyes:

    I watched him a couple of times for Notts last season and he was so much better than everyone else on the pitch.

    Watched him in the notts county play off game. Looked done could barely run. Went off injured and didn’t play in the return match at Walsall. Now expecting him to do it at a higher level again a further year on.

    clubs a shitshow and this is more proof of it.
