We are happy to announce that season ticket holders who have selected to have a card can collect them from the Box Office for the 25/26 season! Starting from today, you can pick up your season card from the Box Office at Oakwell and get ready to support the Reds in what promises to be another exciting campaign. Supporters were given 3 options when purchasing their season tickets which were to add access to any existing card, purchase a new card for postage or collection or to just receive a digital season ticket only. The supporters who have selected a new card can now collect them from the box office during the opening hours below. All season cards have been updated for those supporters who wished to use their existing card. There are exceptions to this for supporters who have moved their seats or who have changed their age category this season i.e. adult to senior or under 14 to under 19. If anything has changed then a new card will have been generated and is now ready for collection. If supporters wish to test their existing season cards before season starts, then they can do so at the Box Office. Digital season tickets have now been sent to all supporters who have selected that option. We have also sent digital season tickets to everyone who has an email address on the ticketing system. The digital season tickets have been sent to the email address of the season ticket holder and not of the lead booker on the transaction. The emails will have been delivered to your inbox on Thursday 26th June. Please check your junk folders if you can’t find your email in your inbox. Any season cards which have been selected for postage have now been sent out. If anyone has any questions, or is unsure of the option they selected, then please contact the Box Office. You can do so in person, via email to boxoffice@barnsleyfc.co.uk or over the phone on 01226 211 183 where our friendly Box Office team will be more than happy to help. Box Office opening hours: Monday – 10AM to 4PM Tuesday - 10AM to 4PM Wednesday – Closed Thursday - 10AM to 4PM Friday - 10AM to 4PM Saturday – Closed Sunday – Closed BUY 25/26 SEASON TICKET HERE Continue reading...
This article states all digital tickets have been emailed - I’ve not had mine, and my brother bought 2 - one has been sent and one hasn’t.
None of the lads that I go down to Oakwell with have received theirs either, nor myself. The only email I got from BFC on the 26th June was a fixture list for the upcoming season.
I got one out of 5 through a couple of weeks ago...emailed the box office earlier this week and all 4 missing ones were sorted within the hour
Trying to think through this logically. There were 3 options Old card New card Digital only There is no mention of digital with the old or new card options. So have emails only gone to thise selecting digital only i wonder? I ordered on old card and had to query later if that included digital as well and was told it did and that I would recieve it sometime in July. Still waiting.
Both I and my Dad have physical cards .I used the digital card on my phone last year most of the time though did check the physical one worked. I got the email with the code to download my digital card but I dont think Dad did. He wouldnt know how to use a digital ticket anyway though so I havent chased it
