Love that slow mo of the England players and Siraj watching the ball roll towards the wickets

Cricket is the greatest game…. Ebb, flow, speed and stagnation all in the same session let alone day… truly enthralling and captivating

what a win that was today.

Fantastic end and perfect timing for me as I’m just about to set off to Whitby for a concert at Whitby Pavilion. Peter Knight’s Gigspanner.

    The greatest format.
    Another legendary test match.
Unlucky to play on the way Siraj did.
Jadeja facing 30.1 overs to finish not out.
Archer with his caught and bowled.

Let's be fair mate when it's like this, it could be said. But there's lots of dross too which can go on for hrs. At least with footy it's over in 90+minutes.
I'm on holiday and sadly missed what was obviously a great ending for us. Kept looking at the scorecard at intervals biting mi nails so to speak lol.

nah, I’ve said it plenty on here, if it lasted as long as it takes I wouldn’t be bothered, there’s joy and wonder to be found in the nuance and subtleties, I think I’m the only person I know who can get excited about a long leg fielder being moved 5 years in a tactical switch! :) it’s not all bish bash bosh and it’s better for it

Each to their own mate. I think another poster or even others will agree with you.
People can't understand why I dislike Rugby Union. But enjoy rugby league. For a few reasons.
