    Didn’t wanna mention o keeffe tbf but now someone’s mentioned it I can confirm it vickers is expect to happen and we are still in talks with 3 or 4 more at the minute

    I always thought that Okeefe & Cotter were very frustrating. Cotter had the athleticism, pace and willingness to keep going, and Okeefe looked like a more intelligent footballer.

    Both had good games to prove people right or wrong at times, but neither did the good stuff consistently.

    Sadly though, I don’t think you can buy a lot of consistency in the market we shop in.

    O'Keefe didn't gamble when he got forward. Waited too long to cross and wouldn't shoot enough. Always seemed to be half arsed to me.

    They did. I said if they signed him I'd drive him there myself. Unfortunately I can't drive so it's only a loan move.

    Although I don’t think he was ever up to standard I’m not going to be knocking O’Keefe.

    Always gave his best, never got the face on and did get some important assists. A lot of players let the team down more than him.

    He’s the kind of player I’d definitely look to move out if we’re going to refresh the squad.

    Good luck to him and I hope he proves me wrong

    In one respect a team that finished comfortably higher than us last season want him for the season, so you wonder is he as bad as what we all think ?
    But then same team also took Cosgrove off us

    Footballs a team game for him to get so many assists in a ***** side said alot. I don't think he's a world beater but he has some positive attributes. I don't think he's as good as the wing backs we had before him under Duff in j williams but many slagged him off too.

    I’ve said it before - sometimes a player just doesn’t fit at a club but then improves when he gets a move. I wish both him and Cosgrove all the best.

    I'd be more disappointed about this falling through than the Koroma deal. We didn't need Koroma but we need shut of O'Keefe :D.

    Pretty much sums up my thoughts on them.

    They’re two players who I think have the potential to be really good if they improve their decision making & find some consistency but maybe they never will & that’s why they’ve been with us
