Yeah when he played for us, we even gave him a brand new chainsaw, and he still didn't manage to pull up any trees.
People shouldn't make predictions until every deal is finalised. Even folk on here dont know what's gonna happen yet....How come Goodman is worth a listen?
Well what I'm suggesting is, if he keeps saying the same negative crap every season, he eventually might be right!. Although to be honest. I don't have high expectations this season.
Pundits are generally clueless apart from picking the obvious e.g. Birmingham Look how many were expecting Rotherham to bounce straight back up last season. Goodman tends to be worse than most.
I agree. The squad as it stands will do well to achieve a top half finish. Still need 3 or 4 key players.
Remember when we beat Sunderland at home late on in season '92, which was Mel Machin's last season. Goodman and Mick Harford were both up front for them that day. Which meant it was quite literally one of the ugliest performances I've ever seen.
Given Goodman’s unrelenting negativity towards us, I get the feeling something happened in his short time with us that has forever tainted his view. As for predictions. I don’t think anyone can know how our season can pan out given how much business still has to be done.
Absolute bellend. As a fan I have no idea how the season will play out so I’m sure that idiot doesn’t.
https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/e...ey-concern-amid-davis-keillor-dunn-exit-talk/ I don't get why he's being bashed. It's a fair assessment and nothing many on here haven't said themselves.
I completely agree with you. He highlights our home form - cack for the last 2 seasons - terrible defensive record and likelihood of losing most of our goals in DKD. I hope he's wrong and we make a good go of challenging for promotion, but I don't think he's said anything I strongly disagree with there.
Because as pointed out, he says the same ***** every year mate. Or something negative about us anyway.
