After just watched ch4 evening racing you realise how poor Megan Nichols is at presenting. I was feeling sorry for the lass. Painful.
Not the worst, Kirky, in my view. I think she has some knowledge, and is well-spoken. She is not totally relaxed, as yet. To be honest, I think a lot of them are poor. Chapman is insufferable, and Ed Chamberlain is like a poundshop Clare Balding. Francesca is polished and knowledgeable , but I prefer the grassroots understanding that Adele Mulrennan brings. Leona Mayer is not my cup of tea. For the best combination of knowledge and intelligence, Sally Ann Grassick is different league. For presentation, Nick Luck is a street clear of the current crowd. For analysis, Ruby Walsh is out on his own, and equally comfortable with the Flat or the Jumps. Richard Hoiles is okay, but I personally prefer Mark Johnson, Simon Holt, Mike Cattermole, John Hunt (what a guy) or Stuart Machin.
Dixon Brothers Chris and Martin are very knowledgeable and own a number of horses in the Horse watchers group.
Ive never heard of em, although I think that's got a lot to do with the fact that I can't stand horse racing, and I don't watch it. Each to their own though lol.
