"of the 18 teams who played in the Championship last season and will play in the second tier again this season only Portsmouth have not changed manager." https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cyvqv7yg326o
That's a crackers stat. I think Rohl was about the 15th longest serving manager in the EFL having been there about 21 months. Will we get to a point where we don't have a 'head coach' and rather a coaching team who report directly to a CEO or chairman? I know the circumstances around Rohl's departure are unique to Wednesday, but in the majority of cases, I'd argue the head coach is only there to take the blame. You could make that argument for Darrell Clarke last season I reckon.
I really feel sorry for Wednesday..Why? Saturday..Match day/Weekend Sunday..Lazing/recovery day Monday..Catch up at work about weekend. Do a little work. Tuesday..Hangovers gone moderate enthusiasm at work. Wednesday.. Last Weekends past but too far to next weekend to get exited.mundane middle of week day. Thursday..last real day at work/ starting to plan away trip/Booze up. Friday..Art tneet and lay in Satdy. Might even mek chippy...Hmmmm chips. Poor old Wednesday..

May have to relocate north standers to there. No away fans. And I believe upper tier down to circa 2k. Only an opinion. Not summat I've read.
Sheffield Wednesday painted the North Stand recently aswell, Chansiri will be looking for the B&Q receipt
Sensible thing for em to do is be taken over by Sheff Utd and play in red n blue stripes next season at their place whilst Swillsboro is replaced with a supermarket.
more likely paint over the corroded supports and hope the safety inspector doesnt notice. A plan so cunning I'm amazed it didnt work.
There's already a Sainsburys and Aldi there - with Morrisons just down the road. Perhaps Sheffield Council need a new refuse site?
