    You have to think that having sold the stadium to himself, the space it occupies is worth more than the 'assets' that sit on it.

    The value of the club is tumbling by the day, and I assume that anyone who has expressed an interest previously will now be revising their bids downwards. And given the current fiasco, would anyone pay serious money to have him as a landlord?

    They might be a bit ******. Such a shame

    Closing the North Stand to over a hundred thousand fans every week is definitely going to cause issues. If, and I hope they do, get demoted out of the league and lose there EFL status, then no stadium will be able to hold the millions upon millions of fans that will turn up to watch them.
