I've found the results from the fan survey. Just 1% of people who voted strongly agreed that the current pricing structure of food and drink is fair. 81% either somewhat or strongly disagreed with the statement.
Can just imagine, someone joins the que for their £5 pint, doesn't get served until 14:31 and get charged £7. They've tried to create a hook by getting people to the ground early, but will actually happen now is they'll lose trade at HT therefore encouraging people just to stay in town. A pint doesn't suddenly become £2 more by time, it's either £7 or its £5. It's been poorly thought out and will just lead to kiosk staff getting grief.
It doesn’t say how they think it’s unfair though. Maybe the club assumed everyone thought they were giving the food and drinks away far too cheaply but felt bad about raising prices so decided not to anyway.
Once again reinforcing the view that you can have all the fans forums, fab groups etc but when you continue to not make any evident change it’s all just lip service sadly.
Nowt worse than missing happy hr. Apart from not knowing happy hr starts in 2 minutes and tha's just bought a round.
