    Got back to Darton over an hr n half since. Set off this morning at 9:10. Got in during 1st over. Although I did use Rawcliffe park and ride which didn't help as queues were quite big. Only a five minute ride though. (20 minute walk back but got out quickly. if fit and young i'd have walked to the ground and saved bus fare by just parking for free lol.) Will still be busy I reckon. A couple of folk I know, went yesterday and stopping in York till Friday.
    For those going.
    Beers £6.50
    Burgers £7.50.
    lots of other stuff and queues disperse very quickly.

    I was actually quite quick getting out of the car park - maybe 10 minutes or so, but then it took best part of 45 mins to do a mile down to that first roundabout. I get the impression it's a rush hour hotspot even without the extra cricket traffic

    I walked/hobbled back to my car at the park and ride moving far quicker than the traffic lol. Straight out (A mile up the Rd. Left of the ground exit)
    Made all the difference. Took me 1hr 10 mins to get back to Darton.

    They ought to think about keeping the food & drink places open for a couple of hours after close of play, maybe even put a bit of entertainment on so not everyone is trying to get out at the same time

    Just watched Superchargers at Southern Braves. Needed 5 to win off 2 balls. The bowler sent a ball down that was so wide it was unplayable. No wide given. 5 required off 1 ball. Smashes it for 6. Brilliant!

    There’s never a good time to exit the ground! We’ve started using park and ride to park then walking to and from ground. It’s quickest way in and out if you and yours are fit and well.

    Took us nearly an hour to get out of the car park and upto the ring road. Thanks to the bloke in a white BMW with 'BFC' in the reg plate for letting me out at the park and ride junction :)

    I assume it’ll be the same catering outlets as Tuesday in which case there’s a pizza van, burritos, burgers and chips etc, coffee, ice cream and beer. All the food looked good, especially the pizzas.
